Hi, we are Eaton and Lucy, Outdoor Fitness and Kettlebell  Lifting Experts.

 

We are the co-owners of The Titanium Project Personal Coaching which is designed to help you become leaner and stronger for life and Action Boot Camp, Nottinghams No 1 outdoor fitness training facility. 

 

 

Our unique style of coaching offers you a combination of specialised Kettlebell lifting plus body weight training designed to give your body a cardio and strength hit all in one session without impacting upon your joints.

 

You will get better results faster this way, to burn fat and lose inches so that you are more energised and feel great in your every day life..

 

You don’t have to be fit to train with us, you work at your own fitness level at every session, and we help you to get the results you really want.

 

Titanium Project personal coaching is your chance to finally escape from your boring gym workouts and start improving your fitness and health faster.

 

To save you time and money each session only lasts 30 minutes and we come to you either at home or your place of work.

 

You can even share the cost with your partner or a few friends and train together.
